Pennant Parade card

While I am at the Stampin'Up! Convention in Salt Lake City I thought I would share my swap from my demonstrator swap this month.  It uses all new products from the new catalog!  Enjoy!

 Pennant Parade stamp set, with the new Pennant Punch and the Lace Ribbon Border Punch.  

 I did a clear emboss on the tree front and had to use a little bling too with the Rhinestone.
