I got this idea from Splitcoaststampers.com and I love it! I have seen different broom ideas in the past, but this is the first time I really made some. It was easier than I thought. Here's the link for the Broom Lollipop tutorial from Janet Yates, CLICK HERE.
CS: Crush Curry and Soft Suede
ink: Early Espresso
Accessories: Simply Scored Scoring Tool, Stampin' Sponge, Paper Snips, Sticky Strip, Linen Thread
Owl on top: Owl Punch with Early Espresso, Basic Black and Whisper White card stock
I have included a few photos to help you see how easy it is to make these.
Scored card stock for broom at 1/2" then sponge and spatter to color the broom.
Cut up to the score line, and use Sticky Strip on back.
For handle take card stock and roll along edge of the table to break down the fibers, then role around handle of the lollipop.
Use Sticky Strip to adhere the handle and broom, wrap around the lollipop.
Tie Linen Thread around base of the broom.
Crushed Curry CS 6" x 2-1/4", scored at 1/2"
Soft Suede CS Handle 2-1/4" x 2"
Optional: piece of card stock for top of broom handle
