Fun Halloween Treats from a Friend!

Look what I found at my front door the other day!  My friend Jeanne dropped off these cute treats for me!!  What a wonderful surprise to come home to!
Jeanne was making fun treats and thought I could use a set too.  I love the ideas!!
CASEd Halloween Treat
This owl is so easy to make. Jeanne found this cute idea on Pinterest, I do not remember who, but thank you for a great idea!  Jeanne used the retired Top Note Die with the Big Shot and some circle punches for the eyes.  A cello bag stapled closed with the face and you have a great treat to hand out.

It's a great time to make holiday projects.  Contact me if you have any questions about products or to place an order.
Order HERE -- shop online or contact me to order.
This treat is so cute!! There's a belly band to keep it closed. Jeanne used the Sweet Hauntings stamp set, Spider Web Doilies and Happy Haunting Designer Washi Tape, all from the Stampin'Up! Holiday catalog.
When you take off the belly band, you have candy!!

Halloween Pillow Boxes

Here's the make and take I offered at my Open House last month.  The Stampin'Up! Holiday Catalog is amazing, and filled with fun products, and project ideas.
Here are 3 of the boxes that the girls made while they were here.  Thanks Chris, Jamelae and Luci for letting me share your projects.
I love the Halloween paper-Sweet Haunting Designer Series Paper.  It's fun and versatile  Plus, one side is fun Halloween patterns, but the other side is playful patterns for any time of year.  (12 sheets, 2 each of 6 double sided designs, $11.00)  See more of the Product Suites HERE.

I just love the new bundles, especially the A Little Something Bundle.  Plus you can save 15% off when you order bundle of stamps and Square Pillow Box Thinlits Dies together, page 41.  So grab your Big Shot and have fun making these boxes for any occasion.

Bundle and save with Holiday Bundles of stamps with dies, framelits or punches.  There are so many to choose from and all at 15% off when you bundle.  Shop the Holiday Bundles HERE.

I love the A Little Something stamp set and Square Pillow Box Thinlits Dies Bundle.  I showed off a fun Halloween Pillow Box, so easy to make!
Here are a few ideas I saw displayed at the Stampin'Up! Convention, back in July.  I love the ideas and love this die!  Use the die twice to make the 2 sides of your box.  Here's a fun Halloween box.
For fall try making this Pillow Box, but do not close the top, it makes a great pocket for things.
Make 4 pieces of the die then cute the one end off 2 of the pieces to make a bigger box.
This beautiful box is actually holding some cute cards.

The Pillow Box die and stamp set can be used year round, not just for the holidays.
This great set is also available in Wood Mount 140858 $47.50

The Stampin'Up! Holiday catalog is filled with everything you need to make gift tags and packaging, cards, and home decor.  Check out the product suites that coordinate perfectly for easy creating.  No guessing about which colors, designs and accents go together, the work's done for you.  You can see the Holiday Catalog online HERE.

Fry Box Treats

I got the idea for this fun project from Tara, at the Shoebox Swap this summer, see it at the bottom.  I changed the colors to make it more of a Halloween treat.  This was the make and take from my last Open House. It was a great way to try out different Big Shot products, fun stamps and accessories too. Not only did they get to make something fun, there was chocolate too!!  All products are from Stampin'Up!  Contact me if you have any questions.

The Fry Box Bigz L Die is perfect for treat! Dimensions 3" x 1-1/2" x 3-1/2"
I love the Oh My Goodies stamp set and it coordinates so well with the  Deco Labels Framelits Die.  The framelits come in 4 layering sizes so they are great for all sorts of projects.  The set has 4 great stamps so you can say "Thanks" or Happy Birthday."  These images are perfect for tags and so much more.

The bat is my favorite part of the treat.  He's so cute, and the Freaky Friends stamp set in the Holiday catalog comes with lovable monsters to add a spooktacular touch to your Halloween crafts.
The Fringe Scissors were a fun way to add fringe to the bottom of Oh My Goodies!  They are so easy to use and make fun grass trim and textures. The scissors work best if you put the paper in the center and stop cutting before you reach the tips.

Supplies for Fry Box Treats:
Oh My Goodies stamp set, Kraft 12x12 card stock, Whisper White and Daffodil Delight card stock, Big Shot, Fry Box Die, Deco Labels Framelits Die, Fringe Scissors, Cellophane 4" x 6" bags, Sticky Strip, Dimensionals.
Halloween Fry Box also had Freaky Friends stamp set from the Holiday catalog and Small Oval Punch.

Here's a photo of Tara's project from the Shoebox Swap.  Love this cute treat!
Hope you enjoyed the ideas.  Come back for more!

Here are some fun brooms for Halloween!  These little treats are fun and easy to make.

I got this idea from Splitcoaststampers.com and I love it!  I have seen different broom ideas in the past, but this is the first time I really made some.  It was easier than I thought. Here's the link for the Broom Lollipop tutorial from Janet Yates, CLICK HERE.

Halloween Treat directions

Here it is as promised, directions for the Halloween Treats!  Sorry this post is a little late, the Soccer Tournament has taken almost all my time this weekend, but it's fun.
Here's the Treat Holder with and without the belly band.

I got this great idea from Susie Wood.  I saw her at Convention and love to look at her blog for ideas and inspiration. I needed something quick and easy, and this was perfect!  Susie got the idea from Julie Davison last year, another great demonstrator with great ideas.  Thank you both.

Contact me to order, or use my online store HERE.
Here's the pieces used for the treats.  I love the Witches Brew Washi Tape, it's so fun and easy to use, plus the punches coordinate so well with this stamp set.
Halloween Bash stamp set

ink: Basic Black
supplies:  Witches Brew Washi Tape, Large Oval Punch, Scallop Oval Punch, Decorative Label Punch, Word Window Punch, Dimensionals, Sticky Strip, Snail Adhesive
 Measurements:
Pumpkin Pie = 9-3/4" x 2-3/4"
score at 2", 2 3/8", 5 7/8" & 6 1/4"
Use the Word Window punch to make hole
Using Sticky Strip to adhere it down.

Belly Band= 3/4" x 7"
score at 2 1/4", 2 1/2", 5 1/4" & 5 1/2"
Fold on score lines, put around the treat holder & using Sticky Strip- put band together. Put it on LOOSELY so it can slip off to get the candy.
Here's a bunch of them I made for my Hostess Club girls.  They got a pretty birthday card and this treat that they can duplicate.

Hope you have fun making some Halloween treats too.
