Here's the Hostess Club projects
First way:  Use 3 square envelopes to make 2 treat holders
  • Glue all 3 envelopes closed so they are sealed
  • Trim off the top of 2 envelopes (so you can put chocolate inside)
  • Cut the 3rd envelope in half (use for tops)
  • Stamp images on envelopes
  • Use Paper Crimper on both of the envelopes that you trimmed off the top edge (this mades it slightly smaller than the half envelope you will use for the top)
  • Make a belly band for treat holder
    • 1" x 7", score at 1-1/2" and 4-5/8"
    • Use punches to layer and decorate front of belly band
  • Put chocolate inside envelope, put top half over envelope and place belly band

Second way:  Use 1 square envelope for each treat holder
  • Stamp envelope front and back
  • Make belly band (see measurements above)
  • Add chocolate and place belly band
This one is fast and easy to make!
