I used a variety of color tools on this card. Stampin'Up! has amazing Coloring Tools, you can see all of the different tools HERE.
Here is the Thick Whisper White card stock negative image. When I used the Blizzard Die to make the snowflakes for the card above, this is what I was left with. It looks beautiful on top of any color of card stock to make a pretty card.
