Large Letters Eclipse Sunflower Card Swap

I love the Large Letters Framelits Dies from Stampin'Up!  These dies are full of possibilities!  I've used them for birthday cards, they are great for the milestone birthdays.  But one of my favorite ways to use them is the Eclipse card technique.  

My friend Laura Kowalski made this great card for one of our recent demonstrator card swaps.  Laura's card uses the Large Letters Framelits Dies with the Eclipse technique.

Laura used one of my favorite stamp sets from the Holiday catalog 2017, Painted Harvest stamp set.  You can see it and all the other Holiday Carryover Favorites HERE.

Card Recipe:
Painted Harvest stamp set
Chocolate Chip card base 5-1/2" x 8-1/2"
Crushed Curry card stock 5-1/4" x 4"
Whisper White card stock 5" x 3-3/4"
Chocolate Chip, Daffodil Delight, Crushed Curry and Garden Green Classic Inks
Large Letters Framelits Dies
Big Shot
Foam Adhesive Strips 

Eclipse Card Technique:

• Stamp your images on Whisper White card stock
• Use the Large Letters Framelits Dies to cut out you letters out using the Big Shot
• Use Foam Adhesive Strips to pop up your letters
• Glue down your stamped image to the background card stock, be sure to glue all the cut out areas down securely
• Lay out the die cut letters  (with the foam to pop them up) on top of your stamped image
