I just love the Hello Cupcake stamp set, and you can earn it for free from Stampin'Up! during Sale-A-Bration! This is such a fun set, I'm really loving it!
Here are 2 cupcake cards, the first is a stepped up version we made at class, but I'm also showing a simpler version too that I had at an Open House.
This first card is from this weekend's card class. There are 2 layers of the Highlands Heather card stock, plus vellum and layered stamped images that were cut out using the Hello Cupcake stamp set.
Use a piece of Whisper White to stamp out the images and then cut them out and pop them up with Dimensionals.
This stamp set is so fun, I couldn't resist putting a fun cupcake inside too.

Clockwise starting in the top left: Purple Hello Cupcake card, Soft Seafoam Fun Fold card using the Amazing Life Stamp Set, and a fun So Hoppy Together card.
Here's a simpler version of the card. Fussy cut the cupcake pieces and pop up with Dimensionals.
