Holiday Card Swap

It's been a busy week!  But one of my favorite things this week was seeing all the great cards from my fellow demonstrators in our Holiday card swap.  We all made 9 cards and then traded so everyone got 9 different card ideas.  All using supplies from the Stampin'Up! Holiday Catalog.  Here's a picture of all the fun cards from the swap.  I look forward to sharing close ups of these cards in the coming weeks.  Thank you to all the wonderful demonstrators who made these cards!

Demonstrator Swap Card

Here's another card from a Demonstrator swap in June, when the new Stampin'Up! annual catalog started at the beginning of June a bunch of us swapped fun ideas.  I don't think I shared this one yet.   

Dana Glass made this card for the Demonstrator swap.  What a fun card, it makes me smile every time I see it.

Convention Photos Day 1

I'm back from the Stampin'Up! Convention and have so many fun ideas and projects to share.  Today I wanted to share some fun photos of Convention - Day 1.  
Starting with this fun bag from my roommate Glenda.  She made these beautiful bags for us, with a bag tag on the front for us to put on our convention bags.  

What's in the bag?  The gift bag from Glenda had fun card swaps and a gift too.  The Stampin'Up! Convention bag had a new stamp set from the Stampin'Up! Holiday Catalog, a prize patrol color, and supplies for make-n-takes too.  Love the bag, it will be great for winter.

You've Got This Flower Card CASEd

Here's a beautiful card design I CASEd (copied) from Claire Daly, off Pinterest. 
My mom asked me to make a wedding card for my Aunt and I saw a great card on Pinterest from Claire Daly. I thought it would make a great wedding card. Claire used one of the new stamp sets from Stampin'Up! You've Got This.  I LOVE the large flower image in this stamp set, and there are some great sayings in this set too.  I changed the colors a bit, and used new Stampin'Up! products from the new annual catalog 2014-2016, just like Claire did.  Thanks for a great card idea!!

This card was made in two sizes.  5" x 7" and 4-1/4" x 5-1/2".
The cards were easy to put together.  I stamped the flower image with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink. Then used an Aqua Painter with Tip Top Taupe and Mint Macaron for easy watercoloring on the flower and stem. Cut a strip of one of the NEW Designer Series Paper, Neutrals (See all the great Designer Series Papers HERE, they have new designs and I love them!). I finished off the card with some beautiful new Dotted Lace Trim in Tip Top Taupe and Silver Baker's Twine.

Here's a fun card from my friend Dana Glass.  She make this card as part of our demonstrator swap for the Stampin'Up! Occasions Catalog.  I love the idea, and I love balloons too.
