Just Sayin' Cards

Here's another fun card from last month's Shoebox Swap, where I got together with other demonstrators in my group.  I wanted to share some of the fun cards we made here on my blog. I hope you enjoy them.

Glenda Timkovich used some fun new products from the Occasions catalog.  I love the new Fringe Scissors (133325) for $9.95.  It's great for adding fun to any card or project.  Imagine using these to make grass for Easter cards!

Glenda also used the Just Sayin' stamp set and Word Bubbles Framelits Dies from the Occasions catalog.  I love these fun sayings so much I am going to share Tara's card today too.

Tara Bazata got the idea from Pinterest for this card.  I love looking at Pinterest for ideas, it's so fun though I can get lost for way too long looking. But who doesn't like looking at tons of fun ideas!

Occasion Mini ideas

I love this card I got from Jan Myers in our demonstrator swap!  It's so beautiful, I do not think the photo does it justice.  All the card ideas we swapped were using stamps and other supplies from the Occasions mini catalog.  It was fun to make my cup cake cards for the swap and then get all these wonderful cards back.  Check out the cupcake card I made here.

I love this card Jan made, and the key is great.

Here's another card from the swap, it features the Sew Suite stamp set, plus she used the "handmade by" stamp.  This is a great one to buy if you do not already have your own handmade stamp for your projects.  Contact me with questions or to attend future classes.

Fun card with a treat!

Every time there is a new catalog or mini catalog I swap card ideas with some other friends who are demonstrators.  I just realized I had not posted any of these ideas yet on the blog.  I made 12 cupcake cards and this is one of the cards I got in return.  I love all the ideas.  Look for more in the coming days.  Maybe you will see some at an upcoming class?
You can make my cupcake card at the next card class on March 18 and March 20.  Click on the link to see the card.

This beautiful card was made my friend Crista Bailey.  I just loved the look of this card, but the best part of it was the inside for me.  She had included a special chocolate treat!

The card is a piece of 12 x 4 inch card stock, scored at 4 and 8 inches.
She used a stamp featured in the Occasions mini catalog.  Look for more ideas from my friends in the coming days.
