Candy Wrapper Bunnies

I love the Candy Wrapper Bunnies I started making a couple of years ago.  It's that time of year again, and I thoughtit was time to make more bunnies for Easter.  It's a sweet Easter treat that brings a smile to anyone's face.

I came up with the idea a couple of years ago as part of my demonstration "Uses for the Candy Wrapper Die."  I have a lot of different wrappers displayed at my house, they are just so great as a little treat for someone.  And easy to make too!

Thanksgiving treats

Here are some fun ideas for your Thanksgiving table.  I make the Candy Wrapper Turkey last year and the other Candy Wrapper die treat too.  I thought it would be fun to add to the Thanksgiving theme this year with the Two Tag Die.

Candy Wrapper treats

I was playing with the Candy Wrapper Die and made some new Halloween projects.  I loved the Candy Wrapper Bats I made for the last 2 years, but thought I would change it up a bit.  
These are easy treats to make for any occasion.  Have you seen my Candy Wrapper Bunnies for Easter?  
I also made birds for the Air Force Football games and a Turkey for Thanksgiving.

Turkey Punch Art

Happy Thanksgiving!    

I was having a little fun with my Candy Wrapper die and Big Shot.  Thought I would make a cute turkey for Thanksgiving.  Many of you have noticed I love my Candy Wrapper die, it's on sale right now too, check out the Extravaganza sale.  Thought I would challenge myself to make a turkey this time.  Wish I would just put these things together a little sooner, haha!  Hope you enjoy it!

Candy Wrapper Bats

Look at the cute bats I made last year!  This fun Sizzix Candy Wrapper die makes great bats for Halloween.  I offered these bats as part of my Halloween Stamp Camp last year, offered bat kits, sold lots of the Candy Wrapper dies, and even made them at my daughter's Halloween party at school.  My friend Erin Anderson came up with the idea and I just loved it.  This year I am offering bats again.

This die works best with the Crease Pad, and is great whether you close them with brads, or twist the card stock to close.  I recommend using a Crease Pad with the Candy Wrapper die (it's a must!), and Sticky Strip when putting them together.  I prefer my Premium Extended Crease Pad but you can also use the Premium Crease Pad.

Bat kit -- make your own bats!

10 bats for $5.00

--  Each kit contains 10 bats (still flat, so you can have the fun of making them)

--  20 white and 20 black punched circles for eyes

Order as many bats as you need, minimum 10 bats.

Rainbow Candy Wrappers

Look, the Candy Wrapper die is in the NEW Stampin'Up! catalog!  I love this die, you would not believe all the fun projects I have made with it.  These treats (in a rainbow of colors) were supposed to be part of the party favors for my daughter's birthday party (back in May!), but the party was over before they were done.  I am sure I can find something else to use them for...

Candy Wrapper Kisses

I love the Candy Wrapper die.  I needed some treats, so here you go.  I used one of the stamp sets out of the current Occasions mini catalog, Valentine Defined.  I figured this set is great for other things too, not just Valentine's day.
