Valentine's Card Class cards

I'm a little late posting this, but the cards were so pretty I still wanted to share them. These cards would be great for saying I love you, for weddings, birthdays or any special occasion.  These are the cards from my Valentine card class a few weeks ago.

These fun and beautiful cards were a great class.  Everyone made 2 of each card, for a total of 6 cards for $12.  The bottom/front card is CASEd from the Occasions catalog, top left is from Amy Deems and top right is from me, I had some card stock already cut and started playing around with the stamps. Plus my friend Glenda made a beautiful card last year using the Sheltering Tree stamp set, so I am sure I got inspiration from that as well.  

This card is CASEd from the Occasions Catalog CASEd card, page 16.

Supplies used:  Bloomin' Love stamp set, Blooming' Heart Thinlits Dies, Love Blossoms Designer Series Paper Stack, Crumb Cake, Whisper White and Blushing Bride card stock, Crumb Cake, Blushing Bride and Early Espresso inks, Pearls, Glue Dots, Fine-tip Glue Pen.

CASEd card from Amy Deems

I thought this Timeless Textures Card was great, I got the idea for this fun card from a card I saw using Timeless Textures and Botanical Blossoms from Kim Williams' Blog, made by Amy Deems. I changed some of the colors and added hearts instead of flowers.  

Timeless Textures stamp set (in WOOD or CLEAR mount) and greetings stamp sets, Basic Grey, Pink Pirouette, and Whisper White card stock, Smoky Slate, Sahara Sand and Pink Pirouette inks, Love Blossoms Designer Series Paper Stack, Sweetheart Punch, Cherry Cobbler Baker's Twine and Dimensionals.

Timeless Textures stamp set (in WOOD or CLEAR mount)

The Timeless Textures stamp set has wonderful textures.  Change the look of a project with your choice of one image for a little texture, or layer a few for more character.

Sheltering Tree Card, this stamp set is filled with friendship images like flowers, bikes and trees.  The two-step stamps give you creative options.

Marcia's Bloomin' Heart Swap Card

With Valentines Day coming in 1 week, here is the last Love card from the demonstrator swap. We all used supplies from the Stampin'Up! Occasions catalog to make these fun cards.  Here is a great card from my friend Marcia Winterstein that would be perfect for love, valentines, weddings or any occasion. 

Marcia used the Bloomin' Heart Thinlits Dies on the card front with the coordinating stamp set Bloomin' Love Photopolymer Stamp Set and a greeting to make this a beautiful card for a wedding.  

The Bloomin' Heart Thinlits Dies work great with the Precision Plate and Big Shot. To get all the little pieces out, use the Big Shot Die Brush. This brush makes it simple! Run the die through the Big Shot, place the die face-down on the foam pad, roll the brush over the die.  It's a great timesaver!

Use a great greetings stamp set to say just want you want on the inside.  As a special touch Marcia used the Heart Punch on the inside with a piece of pink card stock behind it.
