Thinlits Happy Watercolor card

I love the Happy Watercolor stamp set, here's a card I just love.  I used the Circle Card Thinlits Die with my Big Shot to make this beautiful card.  Shop online anytime through my stampinup store HERE.  

Here's the card closed.  I used the Flower Garden Embossing Folder on the last fold, love how well it works with the stamped image.  I love Blender Pens!  They work so well with this stamp set, it makes the flowers look like they were painted, but it's just Blender Pens and ink.  

Here's the card folded out.  To get a longer card when using the Thinlits Card Die, slide the extra card stock over the top of the end of the die, instead of cutting it off, it scores it and you have a longer card to fold out.  Card measures 5-1/2" x 8-1/2".

Watercolor card

The Occasions Catalog started January 3!  It has some beautiful things in it, like the Happy Watercolor stamp set, Metal Buttons, and Petite Petals Punch.  Did you notice the paper on this card?  I love the Watercolor Wonder Designer Series Paper on page 23.  

This is a fun card we made at my upline's house a few weeks ago.  Tara had out 2 make and takes for us before we got to the fun Holiday activities.  There was a fantastic gift exchange, I can't wait to share those pictures with you later.
