Easy Scallop Tap Topper Treats

My friend Jan made some fun treats at the Stamp Camp in March and it reminded me how much I enjoy making these sweet little treats.  I've made so many different versions of these treats.  I made these treats to thank co-workers for helping with an event I did recently.  

Easy Treat Holders using the Scallop Tag Topper Punch

I used the Petal Passion Designer Series Paper in the Occasions catalog for these treats with the Label Me Pretty stamp set (in Wood or Clear).

This treat holder really is so easy to make!  Use the Scallop Tag Topper Punch with paper that is just under 2 inches wide.  Score 2 score marks 1 inch apart in the middle and punch both ends.  There are many candies and chocolates that will fit in the 1 inch area.   Then tie it closed with a pretty ribbon.  

HINT:  Use a glue dot to hold the candy in place.   

I used the 1-1/4" Circle Punch with the saying, and the Layering Circle Framelits Dies for the Basic Black and Sugarplum circles.

Love You Lots Easy Treat Holder

This fun and easy treat holder is from my friend Jan Myers.  She give them out to everyone at the last demonstrator get together.  I thought it was so cute I just had to share!

Easy treat holder using a strip of Designer Series Paper

This idea is so easy!  She used a strip of Designer Series Paper wide enough to hold the chocolate inside, and punched 2 holes at the top to tie the ribbon. 
Decorate the front with stamped and punched images.

Stampin'Up! In Color Treats

Stampin'Up! has beautiful new colors for this years In Color 2016-2018.  My friend Jan Myers made adorable treats for us last week at a Stamp Camp meeting, and I just had to share.  They were sweet and small, just perfect to bring a smile to someone's face.

Fun and Easy Treat Holders using the Envelope Punch Board

My friend Glenda showed me how to make these easy Treat Holders using the Envelope Punch Board.  I made some treats for friends and co-workers.

The Botanical Gardens Designer Series Paper was great and easy to use to wrap around the box.  Then I decorated each with a little flower punch from the Itty Bitty Punch Pack (retiring) and the Bird Builder Punch (retiring).

The Treat Holders are easy to make with the Envelope Punch Board.  
Using a 6" x 6" piece of card stock and the Punch Board measure and score at:
2-1/2" and punch, turn 90 degrees
1-1/2" and punch, turn 90 degrees
2-1/2" and punch, turn 90 degrees
1-1/2" and punch

When done go back and punch at each score line, so punches will be at 1-1/2" and 2-1/2" on each side.  

Fold your score marks, and cut in one side of the small sides like in the picture. Fold in the tip of each of the small, narrow sides and glue to create the side walls of the treat holder.  

Use the other side of the punch to round each corner.

Glue the tabs you cut earlier to attach the sides to make your holder.  Use a small circle punch to create handles for the treat holder.  

Supplies: Crushed Curry, Old Olive and Whisper White card stocks, Cajun Craze ink, Envelope Punch Board, Botanical Gardens Designer Series Paper (retiring), Rhinestones, Dimensionals and Snail adhesive.

Ornate Tag Topper Flower Treats

Here's a simple treat, you could make just one for a special friend, or lots to give to all your friends. Stampin'Up! has so many great stamps for every occasion, the Petal Potpourri stamp set (Wood or Clear) is just one of the great stamp sets you can find in the Stampin'Up! Occasions Catalog. 

These treats are so easy to make!!

Cut card stock just under 2" wide.  
Use any length you want, shorter for small treats and longer for taller treats.
I used my Simply Scored to make the score marks 1" apart, centered in the middle of the card stock.  The candy I used was 1" wide, make score marks based on your candy size.
After scoring, use the Ornate Tag Topper Punch to the tops of both ends and tie together with twine.
